About Us
Blue Morpho Property Management is staffed by Pam Poeske, owner and administrator, Monica Almengor, Management Assistant, and Manuel Casada, Maintenance Specialist, both of whom are bilingual and residents of Costa Rica.
The three senior staff members are backed by several trusted subcontractors who are called upon for their expertise in their given field, whether it is repair, exterior maintenance or interior maintenance.
We also have excellent managerial support from our outside legal and accounting firms. Although Blue Morpho Property Management is a fairly new company, we have a vigorous, trusted and valued network of supporters, specialists and tradesmen who are available promptly when needed. Our amazing group of individuals are all proud of what they do and do it well, with efficiency, diligence and joy.
Blue Morpho Property Management is based in Dominical, Punteranus Costa Rica at Plaza Solo Bueno #3. We service properties north to Quepos, south to Ojochal and east to Tinamastes.
