Our goal is to maintain each property to the highest standards while ensuring the rate of return for rental income meets or exceeds our clients’ expectations.
As we watch over your home and continue to work toward maximum occupancy, all documentation will be kept current and taxes and fees will be administered as needed. We happily offer management services as well as concierge services so your vacation is not only extraordinary but worry free. When you are not in residence you can rest assured that your home is being cared for with respect and appreciation.
Blue Morpho Management offers a wide of services to facilitate the administration of our clients’ Costa Rica homes with the knowledge of the unique issues of owning a home in a tropical climate.
We can deal with any problems that should arise promptly and professionally. We know and value our staff and experienced contractors, and will approach any issues with customized solutions as required. We will arrange for weekly, biweekly or monthly
maintenance for interior and exterior cleaning, landscape maintenance, pool maintenance, and handy man services. We offer assistance with bill pay, car maintenance and inspections. As trusted managers of your property in Costa Rica we will responsibly handle your property rental from pre-arrival to check-out so you can earn income from your property when you are not here to enjoy it.
Management Services
Blue Morpho Management offers concierge services that include guidance and arrangements for shuttle services, car rentals, surf schools, a wide variety of nature tours, fishing, restaurants, and event planning. We can even provide chef services, catering and/or fruit and vegetable deliveries.
