All appropriate avenues for booking rentals will be used to ensure maximum occupancy

Video of home interior prior to initial rental for inventory purposes only

Rental agreement to be signed by renter for short term rental unless reservation was made on Airbnb

Lease agreement to be signed by renter for long term rental.

Arrival preparation to include freshen house, make sure sheets are fresh

Concierge service will be provided for all guests as requested

Check in services to include greeting, home tour, assign keys, and answer questions

Check out services to include home inspection, inventory checklist and cleaning

All rental income and expenses will be documented and a monthly statement will be sent to property owner or owner's representative.
Rental Agent
As agents, Blue Morpho will promote and act as liaison between the property owner and the prospective renter. We will show the property when needed and provide assistance to the property manager or owner as needed to facilitate the rental.
